Parent–Teacher Meeting
 
Dear Parents/Guardians,
 
This is to inform you that a Parent–Teacher Meeting will be held on Saturday, 11th October 2025 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the school premises.
 
 On this day, the answer sheets of your ward’s Half-Yearly Examination will be shown.
 
📌 Important Instructions:
 
Answer sheets of all subjects will be available for viewing only on 11th October 2025.
 
If parents fail to attend on this day, answer sheets will not be shown on any other date.
 
Any corrections or clarifications must be discussed with the subject teachers on the same day only.
 
This will be the final opportunity to check the copies before results are compiled.

Viewing of Half-Yearly Examination Answer-Sheets
 
Parents will check all the answer sheets of their ward.
 
Clarifications/corrections may be discussed with subject teachers on the same day.
 
Collection of Syllabus for Second Unit Test
 
Parents will receive the detailed syllabus of the upcoming 2nd Unit Test.
 
Collection of Date-Sheet for Second Unit Test
 
Parents will be provided with the date sheet of the 2nd Unit Test.
 
Discussion of Student’s Academic Progress
 
Teachers will share feedback on your child’s Half-Yearly Examination performance.
 
Guidance for Improvement
 
Suggestions will be given to help students avoid repeating mistakes and prepare better for the upcoming tests.
 
We request the presence of all parents to ensure the academic progress of their wards.
