Rules and Regulations
ADMISSION CRITERIA
(i) Minimum age for admission to class PG is between 3 to 3 ½ years at the beginning of session (i.e. on 1st April of the year).
(ii) Parents are required to submit the date of birth certificate of their wards issued by competent authority at the time of registration.
(iii) Application for admission to class I onward should be made in writing. The school reserves the right to test the child in any or all the subject of the class seeking admission.
(iv) Parents are requested to give advance notice of at least a month for withdrawal of their wards. Otherwise a fee equivalent to the tution fee for one month will be charged for issuing the transfer certificate.
(v) The parents along with the student seeking admission will be invited for an Interview for final selection.
(vi) Birth certificate issued by Nagar Mahapalika will be accepted.
ROLE OF PARENTS :
(i) Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities in maintaining punctuality, regularity and discipline.
(ii) Parents should ensure that their wards take active interest in the school activities.
(iii) Parents are required to sign their ward's progress reports and return them when required.
(iv) Private tutions are not encouraged, parents are requested not to engage teachers of this school as private tutors of their wards.
(v) Parents/ guardians and others are requested not to visit the classes or meet the teacher without the prior permission of the Manager/Principal.
(vi) Parents are required to notify to the school of any change in their Address and Phone no.
(vii) All communications to the school should bear the name, class and section of the student. (viii) Parents Teachers Meetings are held at regular intervals to provide parents and teachers an opportunity for exchanging views on the progress of the students.
(ix) IMPORTANT- Parents are required to check the school DIARY on each school working day and sign, the same and ensure to return it to class teacher.
(x) Transfer certificate will be issued only after all dues are cleared.
(xi) If a child remains absent for 10 days in continuation without a leave application the name of the child will be struck off the school roll.
(xii) Damage done by the students to the school property would" Invoke replacement charges/fines".
(xiii) The school will not take any responsibility for those students who are going by their own conveyance or alone after school hours.
(xiv) 75% of the security money will be refundable within one month after withdrawal. Mandatory Registration slip & April month fee receipt.
(xv) Security Amount will be refundable only to those whose all the dues will be clear till the month of March.
