Subject: Parent-Teacher Meeting Notification
Dear Parents,
This is to inform you that the Parent-Teacher Meeting (P.T.M.) for all classes is scheduled for 7th December 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Agenda for the PTM:
1. Collection of Admit Cards: Parents are required to collect the admit card for the Second Unit Test.
2. Attendance Review: Students with less than 75% attendance will not be permitted to sit for the Second Unit Test.
3. Syllabus Review: Review your child's work to confirm it is completed as per the syllabus for the upcoming test.
4. Fee Dues: Ensure all pending fee dues are cleared before the Second Unit Test.
Additional Reminders:
Uniform: Students must attend school in a neat and clean winter uniform, including:
Well-ironed clothes
Polished shoes
Trimmed nails and hair
Punctuality: Students arriving after 8:00 a.m. will be sent back home.
Important Note:
Parents must collect their child's admit card on Saturday, 7th December 2024, during the PTM hours (10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.).
No admit cards will be issued on Monday morning under any circumstances. Students without an admit card will not be allowed to sit for the examination.
Fee Dues Policy:
Students with pending fees will not be permitted to sit for the Second Unit Test (Kindergarten to Class 8) or the First Pre-Board Exam (Classes 9 to 12).
No cheques or applications will be accepted for clearing pending fees. All dues must be cleared by 7th December 2024.
To avoid crowding at the fee counter, kindly deposit your ward's fees online. The online payment details are shared along with this message.
