Dear Parents,
It is hereby informed that there will be P.T.M on 07 November 2020 i.e Saturday.
The parents must abide by the time slot intimated.
Time slot classes wise for the convenience of all the parents as per the Government rule to maintain social distancing.
TIME SLOT CLASS WISE:
P.G to U.K.G 09:00 am to 10:00am
1st to 3rd. 10:10 am to 11:00am
4th to 6th. 11:10 am to 12:00pm
7th and 8th. 12:10pm to 1:00 pm
09 th to11th. 09:00am to 10:00 am
Important instructions to be strictly followed by the parents.
(i) Parents must attend the P.T.M only in the allotted period.
(ii) Face masks are mandatory for parents.
(iii) Only single parents are allowed to attend the P.T.M (Either Mother or Father)
(iv) Students are not allowed to attend P.T.M (only parents are allowed)
(v) It is a humble request to the parents to be punctual to avoid unnecessary gathering.
(v) Parents must maintain social distancing in their movements.
NOTE: For security concern please carry the parent's ID card along with you for attending P.T.M
